Rob Kowalski is Chief People & Organisation Officer at Novartis and a member of its Executive Committee. With more than 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership roles in regulatory affairs and drug development, Rob now leads the company’s efforts to build talent, culture and organisational capability for a focused medicines strategy. Since 2021, Rob has been instrumental in shaping Novartis’ “Inspired, Curious and Unbossed” culture and implementing a new operating model to support long-term innovation and growth.
