With over two decades at Roche, Cris has held senior HR leadership roles spanning diagnostics and regional operations, shaping global talent, transformation, and organisational effectiveness initiatives. Cris began her career in HR with roles at EG&G and PerkinElmer and brings deep expertise in scaling workforce capability in complex, global organisations.
